World Circus Festival in Moscow
 Moscow hosts World Circus Festival!
The weekend in Moscow the World Circus Festival opened, displaying the world's best circus artists from 40 countires.
The World Circus Festival this year will showcase the best circus acts from around the world in honor of the Prince of Monaco, Rainier III, who hosted the most impressive circus festival 35 years ago in Monte Carlo.
This year's 5th annual event opened with the famous Swiss tightrope walker Freddy Nock, who chose to walk right up the steel cable wire at Gorky Park. Nock also planned to walk across the Moskva River.
The festival hosts and international jury who will decide three awards, the gold, silver and bronze prizes for the top performing acts from 40 countries.
Russia was be represented in the event by the famous lion taming brothers Edgar and Askoid Zapashny, the elephant whisperer Andrey Dementiev Kornilov, and Giya Eradze with his animals.
