The Spanish Collection
 Painter's book. The Spanish Collection
The Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts welcomes a new exhibition entitled "Paiter's book. The Spanish Collection." The exhibition will display three hundred graphic works to the many Russian and foreign visiters, featuring such artists as Picasso, Miro, Dali Gris, Clave and Tapies.
The special collection celebrates the works of the most famous and talented Spanish painters of the 20th century. The exhibition will continue through March 25th.
In addition to the exhibition the museum also is home to many important impressionist and post-imperessionist artwork, with top works by Van Gogh, Gauguin, Picasso, Dufrenoy and Matisse. One unique piece in th musuem is Van Gosh's "Le Vigne Rouge," the only known piece sold during the artist's lifetime.
The Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts is Moscow's largest museum of European art, located on Volkhonka stree, just across from the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour.
