This makes check in to the Moscow apartment much easier and it also ensures that our guests do not get cheated by the Moscow taxi “mafia” who congregate around Moscow’s major airports and train stations. Most of these taxi drivers will try to charge their passengers fees as high as 100 Euros or 100 USD to get from Moscow’s airports to the city center. The taxi industry is completely unregulated and these taxi drivers maintain a monopoly at all major arrival points.

Our drivers will meet you with a placard with your name on it as you exit the airport, are friendly and experienced and will transport you quickly and safely at very reasonable prices to our apartments in Moscow center. Transfer Conditions regarding delays
Airport pickup

The driver will wait for free up to 1 hour. If wait is more than 1 hour, for each additional half hour, 6 EURO will be charged.

Train Station pickup
The driver will wait for free up to half an hour. If wait is more than half an hour, for each additional half hour, 6 EURO will be charged.

Pick up from Apartment or Hotel

The driver will wait for free up to 15 minutes. If wait is more than 15 minutes, for each additional half hour, 6 EURO will be charged.

Other Terms

The driver will wait up to 2 hours. If the client does appear within this time frame or does not for any other reasons use the ordered transfer services at the time specified in the order, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be available. Cancellation of transportation must be advised not less than 3 working days before the date of execution.
