I am back in Australia after my great trip to Europe and wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for the great apartment that you arranged for my brother and myself in Moscow. I must admit when I saw the outside I was a little concerned but when I got inside it was great - great views and location.

As a result of all your help making my trip so enjoyable I have been recommending your company to people back in Australia. As I am a school teacher a few of my colleagues who travel a lot have taken your details.

Now that we are back home, though feeling rather ´hung over´ with the excitements of our visit to your extraordinary city as well as to Moscow, we are writing to thank you for your many kindnesses and your attentiveness to our comfort and convenience during our visit. You have a most impressive organisation which, we are sure, is enhanced in its work by the unwearying commitment of you and your colleagues.

By the way, if you know of anyone who might be interested to explore a gap in the shuttle bus market, we think there must be an opportunity in ferrying visitors between Pulkovo I and Pulkovo II. A fare of 100 Rbl each way would probably not be unreasonable when taxi drivers ask (but in out case did not get) 1000 or 1500! It would be much easier than having to take the 39 coach towards the city and getting off and crossing the road to catch the 13 shuttle on its last stop before turning into Pulkovo II (even though that method is even cheaper)!
